Below are some organisations which offer counselling and advice that you may find helpful.
- A Kiezladen provides support, events, counselling and sometimes Soliküche (or free group meals) in the neighbourhood. You can find one on Sonnenallee, Neukölln or Waldemarstrasse, Kreuzberg
- Diakonie is a non-profit organisation that provides social services, health care and counselling for people in need
- Zusammenleben Willkommen is an initiative to facilitate flat-sharing (W-Gs) between tenants and refugees throughout Germany. If you are a refugee looking for a flat, or someone who has a room or flat to rent - please get in touch with them!
- AWO Berlin offers counselling and advice on all sorts of issues, from migration to youth to Anmeldung.
- IB Berlin offers support and accommodation in a crisis and helps those living on the streets.
- Join a renters’ union! E.g. Mieterschutzbund, Berliner Mieterverein
- Kub Berlin Oranienstrasse offers counselling, advice and therapy to immigrants and refugees.

- German Handbook for Newcomers: created by a student organisation at FU to help newcomers to Berlin. It includes info on everything, including housing.
